global health aficionado with perennial wanderlust

About this Blog

I started this blog to keep a running tab of my own thoughts and reflections on issues popping up on the international aid front; I kept a blog during my time in Kenya last summer, got some really positive feedback, and decided to start penning my thoughts on current development issues. Expect updates on new aid data, interesting new research findings, ideas/innovations/criticisms of how aid is done today, and links to interesting and insightful voices in the aid world, often pooled together by subject.

I will put a disclaimer out there that I’m a young voice in this conversation, and will probably consistently link back to some of the more seasoned professionals in this field. I always appreciate feedback, constructive criticism, and suggestions – feel free to contact me any time. I feel privileged to be able to work as a professional in the development community, and be surrounded by so many insightful and interesting individuals who care deeply about making a positive impact on the lives of others.
